Is there some sort of purpose behind not updated the library with all the new C4 stuff? Like the crafting part which shows the stuff needed to craft the new S grade and all the new items in the game? Even the items & equipment part, i would like to see all the new equipment that is in the game and compare it.
And 76+ skills! I know i can just go to L2center, but I'd really like to see them on this site, with their format. And I don't know how up to date l2center is.
You guys are looking in the wrong place... all that information is on this site. For the 76+ skills look for the 3rd class changes.
For the S grade weapons/armor go to the "latest chronicle" and click on items. The crafting details are not up yet, but I'm not sure if you're looking for stats or for crafting details?
As others mentioned, some of the information is available in the Feature Notes. I don't have an estimate of when the remaining sections of the Library will be updated for Chronicle 4, but it is still in the works.

I'm glad I've found the "real" description on fan sites, because if they hadn't written a description at all, I would be less confused. If I didn't get the info elsewhere. I guess that's what fan sites are for.
