There are several black judges. The one in floran, is near the giant windmill on the map just outside floran.

There is another one if you gate to Hardin's Private Acadamy from the town of giran. Run straight north, and she is on a rock.

thanks alot, i'd been running north towards dark elf village. south i go.

The one closest to you is probably the one near the Southern Entrance to the Wastelands. If you port there from Gludio, she is directly west. Run towards Jax and keep going just a bit. She is against the hillside.

i found the judge, killed wererats and now i need to make this pendent thing but iam abit confused. i need to gather some materials silver nuggets, a pendent frame, coke.

where can i find, gather or buy these? thanks

You can get the silver and cokes through the manor system, but it is probably easier to buy them in Giran. The pendant frame sounds like it is something the town blacksmith will be able to make, along with the manacles.

thanks will have a look

I've seen one in Floran, wastelands, and one near hardin's private academy.

Teleport to hardins ( from Hunter's Village, Giran, or Oren ) and talk to the one standing on the rock ( north a bit from the GK ). It's the eassiest to access.
