ok here the problem I have an alt hes on the same account as my clan leader and i have him in the same clan.
The alt is a dwarf. How the hell can i get him rights to use the clan hall. He can soe to thing all day long. But he cant get out. He is able to recieve the hp,mp regen great. But he cant access any thing from the clan hall options, the buffs the tele nothing.
How can i give him rights to use this---> title control, I cant even give him the rights to look in the w/h.
Ther has got to be some kind of fix for this I mean many players have alts but iam not going to put him in another clan to use what i already have.
Hers my suggestion to solve this based on this --> We can already dissmiss players that arent in game why can we take rights give rights the same way. some players play at differant times alowing max exposure. If i cant log in when there on i can never update ther rights . But i sure as hell can dissmiss.
Same for invites i dont have to be on for that(clan leader) but it can stiil happen. any player that has right can invite so whay cant i give soem the rigth to acualy Give all the rights .
All iam asking make it possible so that rights can be givin and taken while loged in or off it would solve the problem . Other wise i need soem type of g/m intervetionhere to solve this. At least give the rigths to clan hall i'am tired of soe to town when iam allready in town to get out of clan hall to get sulppys because i can t open the door. :confused:
I know this . But it is possible to dissmiss any player that is not in the game by the clan leader why cant i give rights the same way. I am the that clan leader I want to give rigths to my alt that I had invited buy giving invite rigths to clan memmbers. But now hes just a tag wearing alt. nothing special. He cant enjoy any thing. just a simple action to allow rights to be given while there not logged in would be great . Yes i know only clan leader can remove items but you can allow everyone to look so they can see whats in there. that way every 1o moin hey can you se if you gto 10 threads,5 varnish, etc... just a suggestion.but would love to se happen.
I don't think the problem is access to the clan warehouse, the problem is the alt cannot be given the ability to use the stuff in the clan hall that other members of the clan can use, nor can the alt be given premission to set/change his title, look into the clan warehouse, etc. things the ordinary clannies could do.
I think this is because the clan leader has to give these abilities, while the clan leader and the recepient of the abilities are BOTH online. Since that is not true with an alt, the alt cannot be give any clan abilities. I have had non-clan-leaders reset my Title, so there may be some way to 'authorize' other clan members to do these things for the alt, but I don't know what needs to be done.
You could buy another copy of the game, run both the clan leader and the alt at the same time (2-boxing,) and then bestow the abilities to the alt.

This doesn't solve his problem unless he wants to level up another dwarf on a 2nd account. His dwarf is on the same account as the clan leader. Obviously can not 2 box toons that are on the same account :p
Yes exactly i already have enough accounts. kids,wife,me. and i dont feel like rerolling a dwarf to lvl 50+ that was long enough. I just want NC to let clanleaders give rights to non-logged personal
.WE can kick peeps that are not looged so i dont see the big deal. Make this a patch please , I waste more money soe in in out hall than i care to mention. :confused:
Does any one agree with me on this, Is it fair that the only way to dicapline one or praise them is to wait til there logged in. Some that you cant get on line when your on line have to wait to catch you. Why cant we take privalages away or give . If we can interact while there diconnected liek dissmiss them.We should be aloud to give and take rights the same way.
Please I have an alt am i'am sure many others do that are ther owne clan. Would love to be able to have them at least be able use what every one else can .Right the alt can sit in hall use mp regain,soe to the place using soeclanhall. But he cant open the door to come in. Theres got to be something to allow this to happen.
Give feed back clan leaders if your for the ability to take and give rigths while players are not logged in.
I too have found this very annoying. Not the clan hall thing, since I obviously don't have one but the not being able to give alts rights. I have a level 0 clan for my alts and I can't give the ones on the same account the right to invite.
Thank you for seeing my point NC can you do something to fix this Or at least aknowlage that it not possible. It should be as simmple as using the same code for dissmissing non loged players just allow us to set privalges on NON-logged players it would solve this problem. please keep comments comming. :eek:

Wow someone beat me to this. I was having the same problem too. My WS runs a clan and I have 4 other dwarfs (all spoilers) in the same clan on the same account. I was going to petition a GM about the suggestion myself.
I'd also like to be able to send an invite to a player anywhere on the map just as I can a party invite, but I believe there should be a confirmation screen popup akin to the rez acceptance screen to be sure newbie and unfocused players aren't clicking yes to clan invites thinking they are party or friendlist invites.
Also, access to clan hall should be able to be given as well as the ability to give clan hall access. If the leader can designate people to add members and change titles but they can't give those members the ability to open clan hall doors, it's a bit silly. And the player shouldn't have to be online in order to give them clan hall rights.
Thank you ill forward the suggestions with my currant support ticket. can only make a clan leader more flexible. An not always "oh wait guys i have to go get something for the clan dwarf to create something" hold this fight till i get back. It waste time, people loose interest. The ability of the leader is not being used to his/her fullest potential.

So Nc can us clan leaders get some help on this . theres go to be an easy way Patch this, Those that have a hall or not. I am tired Of logging in and out when I am on my dwarf because it cant even LooK in the clan Ware House when I am tryign to craft soemthing.
Its Frustrating knowing You can get the SOECLANhall,But you have to use normal soe to get out, You can feel the effects of regan Mp, You can even Deposit into Clan Hall ware bouse.
Any one else agree that there should be better control for clan Leader Giving rights . And i dont mean changing Leaders.

I dont think it will affect any one at All. There no Bott enhansing behing that could capitailazie from it. It only benifts the clan leader. Being able to control all players.
For instance this sunday players not logged that I havent seen them in few days are getting dissmiss. There not logged on its just that simple, as fast as I can click on there name there gone.
And If you trust some to invite rights they should at least be able to give title rigths with that as well.
I just want to give rights to peeps that I cant get a hold of when iam not on. or be able to revoke there rigths so they no iam serous.
By the way they L2 comunity they closed :( my ticked so I assume its been solved or that the best Support to offer is to make another thread about it .

I think it is the way it is because the don't want to deal with the inevitible "my clanmember drained my CWH" petitions.
I believe it should only be controlled by the clan leader, Do to the fact the money for say Clan hall is in there,or the castle money is there , some one taking a "loan" the mill and running would cause havik
Yes That rigth Should only belong to the clan lord. Inconveince some times but worth the trouble in the long run...

Please let us give more rights to others without them being on line... this is a problem with alts as well as with clans who have members who play at differnt times of the day...if I can't see them I can't do things for them is crazy.
On a side note I also agree with being able to invite people to clan without having to see them. It is such a pain to have to leave what you are doing to go meet with someone to invite them into your clan.
Bringing the subject back up front. As i said being the only way to give right is to have that person logged is Horse crap....Some Times I like to pLay on differant time slot too when i can get soem peace when soloing. Its the only tru way to gain max xp .. Yes going to meet some to invite is a pian in the buttt. Say your in D/v There In gludio thats a lot of teleporting.
I am looking into this, the thing about only the guildleader has the ability to invite someone AND has to be online.

Not really looking forward to creating yet another account to make the clanleader on that account only just so I can get all my toons in a clan/guild.
The "Edit Auth." button in the Clan Window (alt+N) gives you the power to set rights to each Rank. You can give the right to invite in clan to trusted clan members or your own alts through these Ranks.
