Artisan or Spoiler!

Hi I just made a dorf to try and earn some cash! Should i make it Artisan or spoiler ? I wont lvl him long after 20 just want some cash! Wich one should I go ?
Neither.

You will not make any reasonable money with your Dwarf if you only want to stay around lvl 20.

Neither as artisan or as scavenger can you make big money at that level. Make a nuker char and collect Sweet Fluid for the Fishing Shot quest, that is currently the best way to make money.

Artisans only make money, with S-SS, A-SS and B-SS. Scavenger make money with.... oh heck, I wish I knew. Maybe you will find that lucky sweet spot for spoiling yourself rich. I did not so far, but I am only lvl 59.

Do the manor iwth your main, or make an alt to do the manor with for lower lv seeds thats the best way to earn cash, being a dwarf dosnt make you earn any extra cash at all.

Sure you can craft but that time you culd spent hunting anyway and gain as much cash as sitting on your butt in giran doing nothing but crafting.
A spoiler, if you want to spend time low level. An artisan isn't going to make hardly any money at 20.

ditto, the best money is made in the cats/necros - my level 44 scavy spoils materials in stacks (3 or 4 bone, varnish, coal - things of that nature).

Staying low level, you'll work your butt off. It's what you learn with a scavy that will make you adena.

You will work harder with a warsmith and make less until you reach level 55+ (setting up an afk craft store? waste of time unless 20K a night is what you are looking for at that level)
well if you lvl a spoiler to 30ish then delvl it and hunt around for some nice spoils....
as for an arti lol dont bother unless you wanna lvl to 49 and spend a few weeks clicking a button
Playing a dwarf gives you some nice tools to earn money easier... but if you hve no clue about makng profits in the first place, you could as well just grind on with your main in C grade gear.

If you really must play dwarf, my vote goes to lvl 30+ Scav with pet support additionally doing the manor and fish quest when opportunity is good.

And don't forget to keep your eyes open in towns. A few days ago I found free 6 mil adena in a Giran shop next to Taurin. Not for the first time.

pick what ever makes you happy is not the class that count is with who you are playing your time in game. making friend is what counts not which is best to make money.
All can make money no matter which race or class you choose is how you use your money on the market. i have seen ppl that dont have a dorf at all and are plain rich.

so choose what ever you like. ;)
I gotta go along with Gronmin--i am still pretty much of a noob and have enjoyed the Dark Elf, the Human Knight, and the dwarf....admittedly the dwarf in catas and necropolis gets more stuff. Enjoying the char and experiencing the game is where it's at. That being said--when both knight and dwarf were at lvl 24--knight had 60k and ng gear and dwarf had d grade gear and 400k. Personally i think the dwarf does better with money but that has just been my experience. it's not like the dwarf--because he's a dwarf--has 2 million and other char's have a couple hundred thousand.....i've begun to think that playstyle suits a person with one char or another. Yesterday i met an orc overlord type who was working to level that char cause she was bored with her main....having played all chars at low levels, if i was starting the game again i'd start with dark elf probably--and run a dwarf as my primary alt....just me (a player with little exp thus far after about 5 weeks of part time playing).....
Actually, the deciding factor in choosing either Artisan or Scavy is this: Question yourself How long(as in hours) do you wanna spend looking for Master Toma!!

:p

I just waited in one spot for Toma and shouted occasionally if anyone has seen toma appear in one of the other 2 spots.

Me myself I say both. But mainly if you keep them and level them up to higher levels. None of them are gonna be any real good to you if you keep them at level 20 forever. You must keep in mind, the higher your level the more adena will drop from the mobs you fight as well as higher grade items and mats to create those items.

With me on Kain I have 5 dwarfs. 1 Warsmith and 4 scavengers/bounty hunters staying within levels of my favorite spoiling spots at all times. I make pretty good money. Also take advantage of the new thing that came out, fishing. It's easy to make lots of money if you know how to fish well (not hard to learn at all). If I wanted to I could get around 10mill in adena in 1 day fishing, that is if I wanted to spend a few hours doing nonstop fishing, which can get boring hehehs.
