A close friend of mine ís among the legit playing people who were banned for no reason. I can tell that because I know him for a long time now and he grinded his way up with hard work and no need for any cheating programs. Now he's mentaly down - who wouldn't - as L2 is a big part of his life as it has become for many of us.
It's ridiculous how paying customers are being treated like criminals without being given any proper reason at all. I've seen the mails and it's like "you've been banned, the reason is xyz, please don't contact us again". Excuse me but I don't think this is the proper way to address people who obviously are innocent. And even if somebody is not innocent that one must have the possibility to defend hisself by giving a proper reason and evidence for this and not a refusal of answering more mails after the first one.
I really hope this will all clear up on monday when HGMspam steps into the office and notices the mess. I feel uneasy to play these days knowing something like THAT can happen to anyone...

I see what you mean i posted a thread other day and its been deleted, many others get prunned, but what can you do they have to keep the peace, its an official forums and suposed to be used for getting help not for personal reasons and things sometimes go to far, but im sure anyone ban must have been ban for good reasons as i dont think they just go around banning people, we are still here.
Sure, but as there system is setup now, bouncing automated emails to people who have been banned shows they dont make a mistake. Good support system IMO.
I got it now in game bannings, well you got owned its a simple as that. The nerve of you guys trying to unban, you got busted as they take upto 2 weeks to investigate before they ban so there cant be any mistakes.
Up to 2 weeks investigation simply means theres plenty of reports, and theyre dealt in order. You wanna talk about nerve, you dont know who got banned or why. Youre labeling their system as perfect (it cant make a mistake). I bet you know a lot about it to make such a bold statement too.
Well i could give you the benifit of the doubt and say ok maybe you are legit, but after i noticed its old EA members i no for facts you are not legits. Thats why i posted the some nerve as i no who im talking with, your not new kids on the server, sorry, as far as i can see it they made the right call.
But you should take this up with support and not with the server politics forum, not sure why your wasting breath crying here, its not like any of us can unban your friends.

Yes the clan that the banned people are at war with made this thread. I respect more or less all the people I fight and trust me, the server would suck without them. To see half their force getting banned over nothing ****** me off bigtime. I don't care if it were my closest friends or the worst enemy I had since prelude. Ncsoft can't threat customers like this. End of story.

I would suggest contacting them to have them resolve it. ISPs should be able to escalate the issue to have it resolved.
If it is a problem with sprintlink.net then your ISP should be able to contact them.

lol imagine that ... Synergy banned for botting. I mean they obviously were not doing anything wrong because the botters said so. How about some of these innocent victims post the email NC Soft sent to them either here or on that other site?

dunno about the reasons, though some were admitted... ahem see picture below somewhere... nonetheless if it was just a matter of reporting, you know you'd've been banned along time ago with all the crazy ppl accusing you of um w/e it is they liek to accuse you of...
only the person who played the account can know if they were legit... that being said i've reported actual er ahem see pic and them not get banned.
personally, i'd rather see the raid farmers get investigated and banned then people that actuall play the game, *ahem* (see pic) or not.
i complained recently about the thread/post deletions. although imo it's all more or less random, the response was those posts or threads violate the rules somehow. no we aren't adults here.
NCSoft isn't ingraciated to you in any manner whatsoever, if you want to hear the truth of it. In fact, they ensure that fact every time you sign their agreement.
It's ironic that you touch upon the subject of trust, because it would appear that honesty seems to be where your banned friends are lacking. It's crazy to expect someone that loses to do it gracefully and with some modicum of dignity. Nope, not on Gustin. It's too bad your friends feel like they have to cheat to be a part of something greater. Perhaps when they get fired from a job or get caught lying to their wife they will appreciate the value of honesty.
Being kicked from a game for cheating and then whining about it through your friends isn't going to mobilize a radical movement on NCSoft. All it does is show complicity in the behavior.
I totally agree with you mori. I don't care if its SYN or NM or some neutral clan. If you get banned because someone in your party said "I'm glad none of you are using l2 wa lker", thats just sad.
Here is something for ncsoft; did you know that (in general) its 7 times more expensive to get a new customer than to keep an old one? Think about it for a second...

Thx to the rest who is supporting us, i dont care about any botter that gets banned, but about 10000% legit ppl that playing this game for such a long time, i cant find any words.
I think the people should have a right to prove themselves innocent. If I was ever petitoned for questionable behaviour (I have for bad language) I would take a screenshot to show with the petition window up to show that I am not using any kind of third party software. To me, that would be proof that I was playing legit. There are potentionally alot of people that will quit this game seeing legit friends get banned. This game involves alot of time invested, to have it stripped away from you unjustly would be just maddening.
