1. Have the developers play at least two other MMORG.
2. Have the developers play this game, all classes.
Really if these two things were done this game would be great. I am not talking about tooting your horn because you got nominated in a category. I am talking about increase money and recognition from a player base.
Example: I am playing last night (having logged in for a week) and out with my little brother and we are fighting in Death's Pass. He keeps bringing his cougar out. This time he got 3 blessed resurrections for pets. He used them all within 15 minutes. I am talking to him over the phone and he is upset his pet keeps dying. I explained to him the pets stats. 1patk, 2 m. atk, and 200 some p. def and m. def. The cougar is healing for 26hp. I told to get some healing pots because he was wasting money on the pet. NCSoft hasn't fixed them and really only fix things in the releases. We'll have to wait another 3 months and see if they fix the pets. He finally put his cougar up because he ran out of pet resurrections. Truly a sad night.

- Pet system is all broken
- some good improvements where finally made to PVP, but you more needs to really be done
- a naming policy would be nice too
and for heavens sake please give us capes. (maybe 3rd release of C4, maybe C5)
