I understand that u need to have 1 bloody fabric to be able to go see bayum... that's oka.
Still u need bayum's blood by hitting him with a pippete... doesn't he turn aggro and mop the floor with u? i mean shall i be prepared to bsoe after i hit him to get his blood?

From what I have heard they changed it in C4 so that you basically WILL die when you wake up Baium. Going there alone would be pointless now, you need somebody to help you.
I think the first person who hits Baium will die. The rest won't die if they're quick with the bsoe. If you happen to die, just relog, and you will be dead in town, so you don't have to take full xp loss/take clan hall rez.
