Hey everyone, I just got this game. This seems like the most popular US server so it looks like i'll be playing here. I come from EQ/AC/SB/WOW as far as mmo background. WoW is very tedious and I thought i'd give L2 a shot.
How is the PvP in this game and in particular on this server?

Wait..WoW = Tedious...I hope you don't mean its hard to lvl in because compared to L2..it's gimp.
But ye in my personal opinion that's atleast one dumb moron you can find and kill. And sometimes there are massive wars, than peace, than wars again, than peace and etc.
But if you don't like the grind..might not be the game for you. L2's lvling compare to WoW is slower and harder as well.
Mawata is right. This game has the nastiest grind of every mmorpg. It sure is a lot harder to reach high levels then WoW. A lot of the players here, have done WoW in a couple of weeks, here you must think in years to reach the top.
As for PvP. You may kill, train, kiss, scam and try every dirty trick you can think of. Unless it is against the EULA, you are allowed to do everything you want.
So here is some free advise: NEVER give any EQUIPMENT you stil need to another player. You can trust absolutely no-one with it.
