Proof of Valor quest

I have done this quest countless times and when you kill a Kasha Wolf you get a fang, you always get a fang. Well i was doing the quest this time on a new server and i had a dry spell of five kills with no drop.

I sent in a support ticket about this and they replied that this was by design.....

When did this change?

I did this quest many times on Hindemith from lvl 7 to lvl 16 and got 1 or 2 fangs on every kill. This is since C4 went live.

What server did you do this on?

I know what you mean i'm use to at least one fang drop per kill, but that seems to have totally changed now with C4.

I did this on bartz by the way...
