One of my friends was not able to enter the rift, even though he had signed up for dawn and did have the 24 stones nessessary to enter. They said "player X can not enter into contract with us at this time." Any ideas wut this means? Is it somehow related to a pk score, cause his is kinda high at ( i think it was 38 then...maybe 39 )
You need to get the quest from the DR Gatekepper and at least some dimension stones fragments. You get them from the same mobs that give ancient magic scrolls.
For me it only looked like the festivals but i could not enter any because i was the only one there and u need a group.
We had a member have this happen too. We discovered that he only had one of the two quests needed to get into the DR. There are in fact two seperate quests, one to get the fragments and the other to join in the hunting. Have them go back and talk to the statue and make sure they have both DR quests. That will clear up your problem.
The DR areas are not lvl restricted like the festivals. You can have ppl from any lvl range enter any lvl of rift. The only difference is in what lvl mobs you face. There also is no restriction on pk count, although I would HIGHLY advize your friend to do several sin eaters to get his pk count down below 5. Also know that you can enter the rift while red, I know this for fact since I entered while red and was thankful that the waiting area is a peace zone.
Another thing, that has been annoying, is you have to make sure you don't have too much stuff in your inventory, or it won't let you go. Also it won't let you exit the rift if you have too much in your inventory also. :)
alright thanks for the info ill check that he had both quests...but the rift area seems extremly bugged atm anyway ( 3/4's our party crashed trying to get into it.... ) and yea we have been doing the sin eater quest ( my pk count is 11 atm =/ ) we have done it 5 times 4/5 times its only taken off 1 pk...just bad luck or have they changed this in c4?
