Monocle/Outlaw eyepatch recipes

OK this is driving me nuts.

I've got all hairpins/pirate eyepatch/mask/pots recipes registered, but no clan hall I've found can produce the outlaw eyepatch or monocle recs. Can someone tell me if these are obtained thru a quest, a drop, or a CH? If the latter, from which one(s)?

I really want to make that purple eyepatch ;)

I'm pretty sure you fish for them.

I'm pretty sure you don't get any recipes, other than fish oil, by fishing.
To my knowledge, it all comes from clan halls.

Personally, I'm also very interested in knowing where those two recipes come from.

There a post that says outlaw recipes come from the hidout.

i cant tell you where it is, but i can tell you where it is not :P our hall is in aden, and only headwear recipes we have are Hairpin and Maiden's Hairpin T.T

Ours is in Giran and we only have hairpins too.

Wow, even Gludin has Pirate's Eyepatch.. And one hairpin.

gludin it is! <goes off to harrass some gludin hall owners for a recipe trade> :D

They r definitely not at the hideout - my friend's clan owns that [on Gustin], and I know they get daisy hairpins/party masks and maybe pirates, but not outlaw. I have nvr even seen outlaw/monocle recs for sale anywhere, and repeated shouts have thus far failed to elicit any response. This leads me to conclude they r either quest only or at some clan hall like bandits where u have to kill an RB to get the CH - maybe the one at Hot Springs? No one has that one yet on Gustin, which would explain why those recs are not available...

The bandits hideout can make
Pirates patch
Outlaws patch
Monocle
Forget me not hairpin

And they replenish once every hour.
