Let us contemplate about the different possible meanings of "REGULAR WEEKLY MAINTENANCE".
Personally I believe, that "regular" means, that it will come more than once.
"weekly" however seems to be more of an oxymoron, standing for not daily and not once per month, but maybe ever week.
I will leave the elaboration of the word "Maintenance" up to you.
In Internet terminology, a troll is a person who posts rude or offensive messages on the Internet, such as on online discussion forums, to disrupt discussion or to upset its participants. "Troll" can also mean the message itself or be a verb meaning to post such messages. "Trolling" is also commonly used to describe the activity.
The "Duden" (german dictionary) says:
1. Troll der; -[e]s, -e [aus dem Skand. (vgl. schwed. troll), vermischt mit älter Troll, ...
2. Troll: Übername zu mhd. trolle >Gespenst, Unhold; ungeschlachter Mensch, Tölpel<. Nickel Trolle ist a. 1438 im
3. TimeBird
4. DarkCop
maybe he never played on tuesday, since l2 came out :p
If he plays since open beta, how could he have missed the daily 30min downtimes till c3?
Actually... I think it's possible. If one doesn't come to the boards much, makes few posts (he has about 18) and doesn't use sell/buy shops, you probably would not be aware of the downtime.
So makes perfect sense.
edit...
Though I think Splatter is correct... after a while... seeing the same question over and over again, the eyes start to "blur".
If I see one more post about "NC does nothing about 'the word that dare not be uttered" , I'm going to drink myself into Oblivion.
Every Tuesday Jerry the GM stumbles in to work drunk and trips on the power cord. It has happened so many times that they just said to hell with it and made an event.
The other random outages are caused by Jerry's drunken friends stumbling around during his LAN parties... This was all described in detail in the terms of agreement :p
