Game Guard issues

For gods sake, if its not the res changing on its own, its another thing.
I read the post about 610 issues.

My problem is, L2 was playing fine. I went off and did my normal day to day stuff, came back, loaded the game and it did an update, for game guard
now nothing........goes to login, then game guard screws up and tells me its a 640 or 610 issue.
I deleted the folder like it told me too, but one file wont allow itself to be deleted,
npggNT.des tells me that maybe the disc is full or I dont have permission to delete these files.
so now what? Im sorry to sound so peed off, but really, its getting to me now

Boot the computer into safe mode and remove the file.

same issue here and tried everything mentioned to fix the error 640 -.-

3 hours, serveral restarts, game re-installition later
still saying gameguard initalisation error plz try to reboot your computer -.-

Same thing, it said to do a virus scan, so thats what im doing ><

Same thing going on here, i dont even get to the login screen really. I tried resetting router, deleting gamegaurd and reinstalling it, and am now virus scanning too. when i first logged in today there was a very brief file update, didnt see the name of it but wonder if that was what caused it?

Sounds like todays patch really messed up alot.... I go to the login screen... put in my name and password and click enter... the whole game simply vanishes.... no error messages or anything... i tried reinstalling several times... nothing i did fixed it... getting fed up.. Wasted a whole night trying to get this working.

I took the update like the rest of you all, and didn't have any issues at all....

So what makes my install different then the rest of you all :confused:

Even if you do find a fix to the problem, NCsoft will just delete the post and lock the thread saying no changes allowed to the game client, just like they did for the Sweep bug fix.
