I only see three servers.

I am new to the game, just bought my copy and installed today. When I log in to my account, and only see 3 servers on the list. All of which I can't log into. Not sure if its only me, although I assume it is. Haven't seen any other posts in the forums about it. Bartz shows its up and shows a ping of 67. Kain and Siege, both show they are down with pings of 9999. I have no router hooked up now, firewall is accepting both gamegaurd and L2.exe. Hope maybe someone has a suggestion. I would like to join the Kain server, but would also like to just play. :)
today is tuesday. maintenance for servers is tomorrow. odd that there should only be 3 servers.

try rebooting, all 3 of your computer/modem/router combos, as you may be experiencing packet loss.
This copy you bought, tell me more about it...

Did you buy the C4 copy? Have you preformed a full file check yet?
No wasn't the c4 copy. Just Lineage II. Thought I could update to c4 with the updater. Did that, and working on the checkfiles as I am posting

*Did the check files on the updater, still the same issue.
If you installed off of the game thats in stores.... Store retail.

You have a better part of the whole day in patching.
Ya it was a lengthy process for sure. Don't know how long it took but it was finished when I woke up and got home from work. I have ran the updater several times to make sure but still nothing new downloads. I am thinking maybe I should hope to get a spot to download the c4 version off the site...maybe that will work.
Let me see if i understand this....

You are all up todate C4 and you still can only see three servers?
Check your windows folder, in the system32/drivers/etc there is a file named "hosts". Use a standard text editor to open it. Make sure, that there is NO line in it without a #-sign as first char (other than "127.0.0.1 localhost").

Seeing only 3 servers is a typical illegal freeshard problem and with removing the obsolete lines from the hosts file you make sure, that the client will indeed try to connect to the only legal servers (which are the 9 official NCsoft servers).

You beat me to it, i was thinking along the same lines.

Ditto, only me being the cynical ***-hat that I am, I would have stuck in "This is what happens when you forget to edit the information you used to connect to your private server"
