Whats the population overall the servers - I still play the *cough* other best selling mmorpg and they have probably 30 servers with thousands online in forums and whatnot, did everyone leave this game? or is it still highly populated?
Appearently we have just as many now ( if not more ) then we've always had.
The NA market has never been that big, but overall L][ is a BEAST. Good thing too, because unlike the other game, we only have legitimate players ( keep it in context guys ).... not a bunch of quivering fanboys.

I like your enthusiasm about knuckles down on the game you love, however there is some pretty hard core players on the " game " I play as well, aside from the random rp-PvE crizap :confused:
It just seems so odd that the forums are so dead, looking at the numbers ( but then again I cant see the number of viewers on the " example forum " im using either )
But on a scaled playerbase, I know there was a crapload of people post beta and just by looking at the forums seems dusty :P

As for me prefering this game to the other... well... the 'no risk, big reward' theme got to me. I need a game with actual consequences for bad decisions... I need a game that takes a bit of luck, a game with drama... I need some motivation to excel, a game with strategy, with politics that affect gameplay... the other game isn't it.
Hey while i got you on the line ( since im back to being newb with 2 level 30+ chars [ Elf Scout / Orc Monk ] could you tell me where I would find info about drop rates and a good database of information in general? I used to use allahz and thottbot ( for WoW ) but cant find anything remotely good or working for Lineage yet :eek:
In any case, post in one of those forums. You will get the response you want... without me getting banned ( now you see why people avoid this forum....... ).
There's 9 servers now (added Teon, a Euro-centric but based in the US server).
The population level is pretty good, a slow steady increase in subscribers. Last month it got pretty bad that the servers were too full for some people to log in, but they've increased capacity.
So yeah, it's prob'ly safe to say a lot of people left the game since you left. But a lot came back and/or were replaced by new players.
Im just too lazy to switch games, my friends played em all and usually come back, i just take breaks from gaming...but yes servers are getting more full since c4, whether cause of bots or actual players, not sure
