Any one think its odd they offer games cards for sale online? Games cards are by and large for ppl who dont have credit cards, but in order to make an online purchase you need a....credit card... i am confused, who needs this service, honestly.
although there are people that will offer to pay for ones acount.... those people tend to Credit cards, which they go online.. purchase the account and put in the shipping address to whom doesn't have a credit card..... other then that.... it's quite amusing...

I'll restate what I said in another thread. They need to sell time codes (to be emailed) here and allow paypal.
Eg one use is users who got banned, get some time cards so they can play again without submitting an CC and other false info.
Nope, for legit players. Criminals can buy time cards everywhere.
There's a hard limit on the number of accounts you can pay for using one credit card. So if you help one of your friends to pay for his account (quite possible, right?), you are limited to 2 accounts. Help another one and you are limited to one. If you manage to pay for 3rd friend, you are done - no accounts for you.
With time cards, you don't connect your CC to someone else's account, but can help them to pay for game if they manage to have no CC at a time.
For example, my CC has expired and I'm too lazy to go to bank :)
It is also very useful for for instance have others pay for your accounts, like family, people who owe you money, to redeem credit for online stores, to redeem gitt certificates, etc.
