Im looking for a good balance of PvE and PvP and was thinking of Nightmare Set for SH. But would the slow cast speed be a total bust in pvp? Given Id have a SoM w/acumen, pp, and bd buffs in pvp. I know DC is best for pvp for a SH next to Majestic. What do you think, please constructive posts ^^
I will post u my setup and u think what's best:
+4 INT, +5WIT, -9 MEN
Dasparion +3 w acumen
Avadon robe set
1 SE allways with me and now i'm working on a prophet.
For pvp i have decent cast speed/power
For pve i look for mobs that i can 2 shot: now i'm in BS at whisps, predators and orcs.

(Still for pve sometimes i chance the avadon for demon set, but never in pvp)
my set up +4 int -4 men, +4 wit -4 men, +4 cons -4 str for tattoos.
For armor zubie for the +10% m.atk. If you got jewels and confidence...you don't need to sacrifice power for speed. I never had to worry about speed...if I was using bsps I casted fast enough as is, and if I ever needed to cast faster I would use a greater magic haste pot...I got like hundreds of them. With that set up I could solo many high level places easily...and in PvP never had any problems either. It depends on what you want to do really...
If you are an SH I say stick to your strong points. SH are meant to have high m.atk and hit hard >< if you wanted to cast fast but do crappy damage go sps =P
