So Overlords get buffs that hit their entire alliance... How close do you need to be?
Or isn't there a range restriction? Meaning the Overlord could be in Gludio, and someone in Dion (in the same alliance) gets the same buff?

No, the ally members needs to be close to overlord... not sure about range think is 900.

Range is rather small in a grouping situation. Small enough that ally members who don't want Rage of Paagrio, don't have to run far. You can test this out yourself, grab an ally mate and see how far they can go before the buff doesn't land.
In sieges, our buffs get extended range, I believe it's double the distance.
