I had another kind of fun when my main was a melee. From time to time when killing a mob I'd drop adena equal to the number of party members. Of course I'd drop it right after a mob dies. Everyone would go "WTH, 1a????". Yeah I ask the same question too.... :D :D :D

you do know they they found evidence, that says the translation of the old text for the revulations is worngly translated and the true # for the mark of the beast is 616.

But yeah the droping of 666a is funny tho.
I've heard that as well...usually though the argument is that it is really supposed to be 606 which was also Nero's number, and the mark with which he branded the jews to show them as his property some time before he burned down Rome....
Aleister Crowley actually did a rather extensive study on it, and claimed that 666 was, in fact, HIS number =)
Regardless, I still cringe a little when I see it, and usually try to round things to 667 if I can :)
