So if I want SA on eg. SLS*Tsu, then I need to enchant the duals to +4.
Is it safe to enchant it to +4 for duals(like enchanting Full armor) or is there a risk of blowing it up like there are on single weapons?.

you risk crystalizing them when you go over +3

Plus 550k AA (?) to upgrade one to sls
Plus the dual craft fee
Plus 4 EW scrolls
Adds up to a lot, but only approx half of 36kk
