Mammon blacky and dual swords

Hoi,

I used search but couldn't really find a suitable thread for this.

Is it possible now, in C4, to upgrade dual swords at the Blacksmith of Mammon?
I know you can exchange them for other dualswords of their grade and price-class freely, like the other weapons but is upgraidng possible as well?

To be specific, I want to upgrade dual Stormbringers to Spirit*Raid duals.
The second part of the question would be:
Should I do that (if it's possible) or would it be cheaper if I just upgraded the Storms directly to a Spirit and Raid sword and then combine them?

Thanks in advance.

I think they do allow to upgrade duals, even in C3. I think 1 of my clanies did upgraded from dual SOR's to ELS and pocibly beyoung, in a multiple steps..
But i'm not 100% shure about that.

I upgraded duals in C3. Ended up with a spirit*raid combo.

Well if it's a defintite I will dual the Storms now and use them until the Blacky is avaiable on Hinde again.

I just don't want to end up sitting on unsellable dual Storms... who'd buy that crap? XD
