I can give you the general explanation. Since I don't know which Torques these are...
you can either become Noblesse and then I believe you need to become Hero or you need to be a Clan Leader holding a castle.
The only Headpieces in game are for Hero or Castle Holding Clan Leaders.
I am not sure if "just" a noblesse can access headgear.

Nobless get a dark tiara type of thing, castle owning clans get a brownish one. Castle owning clan leaders get a really cool crown, and heros get the winged type of head gear. None of those pictures looked familiar though.

Those are not "helmets", instead those are crowns for the castle lords. If you count there are 7 crowns you have pictured and there are 7 castles.

I can tell you that #1 is Innadril Castle's clan circlet. I don't know the rest though.

ProphetGirl is actually a bishop. Well when I sold mine the top went for 1 mill, the bottoms 600k, boots 350k.

Yep if you want one of these you need a castle. Oh ya u need to be the clan leader who owns the castle.

No, clanleader gets the crown, clan members get the circlet. So whole clan gets em. Meaning that 7x40 people max can have a Castle circlet or crown ^^
