Clannie spoiled a dragon grinder recipe yesterday. So they at least can be spoiled :)
I heard - mind you *heard* that the maj circlet and nm circlet recipes come from forged of gods and imperial tomb. That would mean that armor recipes are in. Never seen one drop/being spoiled myself, though.
I think it's save to say A-Grade ARMOR Recipes do NOT drop/spoil.
No more Fulldrops from Raid-bosses, no additional recipes in game, only tons of worthless keymats, if you ever want to wear A-grade armor better start saving money early enough.
Raidbosses do drop full items, so maybe you guys should look at the lvls of the raid group first. And you need to kill them a few times to get a full drop sometimes, no big deal. There's a few normal mobs too that drop full A-grade armors etc.

I have personally spoiled a large number of jewelry recipes, and quite a few weapon recipes. I've also spoiled the full range of A grade mats.
I haven't checked every single new place in C4, but I have checked enough to say I'm almost positive that the armor recipes either do not drop or spoil.
IMO it's stupid, they did it backwards, should have left the weapon recipes as quest only and put the armor recipes in as spoils and drops. At the very least, they should have looked at the quests and done a bit of tuning.
I think I'll be in BW forever too. We've been spoiling a ridiculous amount of A grade weapon parts and S grade jewelry parts in the new areas, practically by the fistful, and found a tallum helmet spoil(or drop I forget) but no other armor anywhere.
I'm suspicious of the wesbites trying to hide information from everyone else. You'll notice stratics had conflicting info in c3 on majestic mdef drops, like how Hames Orc Scout supposedly only dropped phoenix parts when it actually dropped both phoenix ~and~ majestic. I think they could similarly hide specific recipes from everyone else, especially helmet ones. :O

I have no way to do Raid bosses who drop A-Grade. Right now, I must leave this to others. And those others sold the raid-loot on the market.
Now, badly nerfed drops, market is dry of a-grade helmets, the quest to get the stuff sucks, so the prices are insane now. DC Helm for example now sells for twice the price than 14 days ago, and no end in sight.
All those that waited for C4 to buy A-grade armor (like me) expecting prices would drop: big OUCH :p
Yeah how about it? I had a friend who kept telling me to wait until C4 to get my helm because they would be so cheap. Not only have they not gotten any cheaper, but some are going up in price. GG, NCsoft.
I meen seriously,droping the price of A/g weapons is awesome, the quest for A/g robes isn't that hard! till you got to get 100 of each mob, right now I need more of them **** howlers.
I don't see a proplem with this, just do the quest, don't take but a few hours to kill the mobs.

We've been doing the GC quest for weeks now trying to get everyone the mysterious book. Good grief, its slow, especially since 1/2 the items you get turn out to be useless love letters and doodles. That was simply cruel.
It isn't helped by the fact that most of the rooms are cleared by bot groups on Lionna. Go in on the Sobling bridge. Pass through the first room. The next room - bots, go over the kranrot bridge - bots. Turn left -bots. Go back into the first bariff room. Look west - bots. Go to the big room at the bottom of the ramp, then on to the next room - bots. The room beyond it - bots. Go down the ramp - bots. Turn right - bots.
I'm not kidding. How can we hunt when the mobs are all being botted? They're hunting so many rooms you can't even find enough to train them!

The drop info that Stratics lists, outside of the raid boss drop info which was entirely player submitted, has always been Chronicle 4 information, not Chronicle 3.
Someone was talking about the TOI and GC quests to get A grade recipes.... These quests are the biggest waste of time/money.
I've been collecting blueprints and GC chapters for over a month now so that i could "POSSIBLY" get majestic Circlet recipe from the TOI quest and maybe a Tallum Plate recipe off GC or something.
Well a couple nights ago after going through hell to get all the blueprints I did the quest twice.... i got a Majestic Glove part and then a Majestic Boot Part. I told myself "Oh it's just bad luck, next time I'll get something good...". So i tried it again last night and I got another Majestic glove part.
Next I did the GC quest after finally getting 1 full book of chapters together and I got DC crystalline Leggings recipe.
Personally it took me probably over 100 hours solid of farming and then after that a long time to trade for the blueprints i still needed just to get the Blueprints I was missing...... all for 3 majestic parts?!?!?!
And this is the only way to get a majestic helm recipe?! Something is severely messed up here.

Ya unfortunatley now most people will have to purchase A grade. Unless your alliance is on 24/7 to raid as soon as they spawn.

Yeah but you're still missing the majestic drops from blazing even now. And I know they drop in c4 since I've gotten parts from conjurers.
There's a big gaping hole with the A grade recipes/drop locations too. You don't include the recipes for A grade so in order to look it up we have to troll through every single monster on your list. x.o I'm not directly accusing you of hiding stuff, but someone, somewhere seems to be. The truth is out there! Or so I want to believe...
In any case, there have been several reports of tallum helm recipe dropping yet I can't find the drop listed anywhere. >< Not just on stratics but um...you know that banned website that also has drops listed. I don't think I am allowed to actually say that one on the official forums due to that third party proggy.
