Getting into server

Im having a proplem logging onto the server. I bought my account it says the account name next to the purchase and i input that and the password.It keeps saying password is wrong though. Is there something i need to do?i have a 15 day trial on there and a 60day game pass.I even reset the password 3 times to make it right. Please help

Lets cover the basics once.

Where did you get this 15 day trial... and what do you mean by a 60 day game pass? Do you mean a 60 day game time card?

15 pass game with game package and yes a gametime card

Does the unique account id have anything to do with it, just found the one send to my email

So i take it you got the pass with buying another game.

When you created your account and use that trial key, did you fill in all the needed billing info for your account?

Well yes see i bought the lineage 2 box the chaotic chronicles , that comes with a free 14 day trial came code, and a 60 day pre-paid game time card.So when i added lineage 2 to my account, i put in the 14 day trial game code, because i thought i had to. Then shortly after when it didnt work i thought i might need the game card so i filled out all the info and added it.They sent me a emial addres saying game account activated and a unique game account id.

Well, some more of the basics plz :)

Is this a new l2 account or was it activ before the problem? If this is a new account, make sure u did all steps to activade it correct:

1. Go to www.plaync.com (http://www.plaync.com)
2. Create a plaync masteraccount
3. Select Add Game and enter ur l2 serial
4. Activade ur game by selecting a billing plan

Since u bought a GameTimeCode u dont want to use a card. In order to activade the game u must enter the GTC code. There is no way u get the trial and then decide if u want to stay or resell the unused GTC.

After u entered the GTC ur game is actice and u can play :)

And as a security hint: Dont use the same password for the game and for the plaync masteraccount :)

Well, the only thing left is ask a RL friend who also plays l2 to verify ur account >.< Well, at last u can mail the supportteam ^_^

Np , ive done all of that, account is verified the payment method is set up but it just keeps tellling me my password is wrong and i know its not, ive even changed it to make sure, but still same thing. :D

Here's the issue. When you bought the game included in the game was the Cd key, a 14 day friend trial code, and a 60 day game time card.

All you would have to do was to input the game Cd key....Then add the 60 day game time card and you would be set. The issue started when you added that 14 day friend trial code, it sounds like it messed up your game account.

I would suggest ether emailing support ([email protected]) or to contact support by phone to work out the account/billing issues.

Thats because you entered your buddy code on top of your Cd key code

The game Cd key should have been on the CD sleeve

It's going to take support to sort out this mess. If you can and you live in the USA. I would call the phone number it's alot easier to work out these types of issues on the phone talking to someone then through email.

Ya, this is the prob :/

So, u had a Gameserial, a Buddyserial and a GTC. U were suppost to enter the Gameserial and the GTC and give the Buddyserial to a friend of urs >.<

I thought with 14-day trial u meant the freetime on ur Gameserial. As i bought my Gameserial i had 30days trial on it, but its a long time ago and i thought NC maybe changed the trial from 30 to 14 days.

But i dont know why u cant play with the Buddycode. Normaly u give away those codes to friends and they activade the game like u had to do. Well, u would loose 16 days (if the 30day trial still exists) but u should be able to play.

It sounds like this is what happened.

He made his main account with the Game Cd key i think, then he added the buddy code he thought he had to. Which created a second account with the buddy code. Then he added the game time card, which if this route holds true was applied to the boddy account not his main game account.

Reguardless, it's going to take support to sort this out.

If what i described above holds true. I think the best route would be to see if support can take that game time card and apply it to your main account.

Alright well im waiting for the tele lines to open up then im giving them a call.Had a friend come check it out and the only code i even got in the box was the serial code, which was on the cd sleeve. But regardless, im sure they can sort this all out. :D Thx for your help guys

Well i got a hold of phone support me and the guy went through about a hour trying to work it out. The account thing was fine it just says buddy because of the package i have. They think the proplem is when i tryed changing passwords alot of times its still registering.There must be alot of traffic on my computer.We found this out when he tryed to send me an info and instead of taking 10 seconds it took about 10 mins.So all in all i have to keep trying and if it doesnt work withen 24 hours i have to give them a call back.
