craft lvl 4 wont make you a lot of money real fast. level to 55, set up an overnight craft store for avadon robes, blue wolf light and blue wolf robes, and watch your money roll in.
as for hunting to 55, alligator quest is always profitable.
At lvl 40, coin of magic might be even better than Alligators ;)
Anyway, take a look at the library and the crafting recipes. Do some math and figure which items if crafted, then crushed would produce cheap crystals and then start doing that.
