Can't log in

i am a new player.I have problem with the game i did my registration.download the client sever c4 did download but when i run lineage2.exe in mode for log in , type my pass and nothing!!!the same client is running in other pc which i can play,plz if someone know what is the problem help me

in my case they said nothing,neither that i have wrong pass.like i dont have internet.i believe that problem is about firewall or my anti virus.Also my pass is active,i play with my pass from other pc

Do you have windows xp Home or Pro? Do you have service pack 2 installed? Do you have a router?

Just wondering im running on a router, what can i do to assure its not stopping me?

Well you could set up a few rules on that router to forward the posts lineage uses to your computer. They are

TCP ports: 2106, 7777, 2009 and UDP port: 53

I would also make sure that LineageII.exe thats in your lineage folder and L2.exe thats in your system folder are added to your windows xp firewall list of allowed programs.

This other computer you can play on is it in your home?
