I would imagine it would not be impossible. Be the first to hit, don't lose aggro, and make sure social mobs or nearby aggro mobs are not present, because they ALWAYS target your wolf first. Keep healing pots on your wolf too, from the wolf's inventory I drag them to my shorcut bar. You may even want to invest in quick healing pots.
lol. I have some first hand experience with this that went terribly wrong but I believe i know why. Im a lvl 76 SwS (still doing Sword Muse quest ) and i found a spot where there were white mobs that i could actually solo effectively with self buffs (with GSA pots). I thne pulled out my lvl 35 Hatchling. I shoot mob with bow, hate it when it got to me, then sent the hatchling in. He smacked the mobs once and the mobs turned around and one shot his ***, lol. From what I heard mobs now go after lower lvl characters more as part of improved AI. So i don't think its that easy to solo with them if you are high lvl and having to hunt high lvl mobs.
if the standar 10% of exp (as c4 pet) isnt applied at wolves and hatclings, there is the oldest ever trick to lvl a summon,
find another one at ur lvl who wants to lvl a creep too (or do u a favour) ask him to kill a mob while u only send for one hit the summon, nothing else. u dont hit the creep only the summon, and 1 hit is enough that way the pet, gets all the xp u were re supposed to share from the party.
i have been working on leveling both a baby pet and wolf for my sub-class albeit a fair way away yet.. but just was wondering if the idea was invain or not.. tks!
Kurobear. I am looking for a BD w/wolf and a BH w/wolf to party with my sws w/wolf. that way we can farm some sick nasty mats. If I am not mistaken you are a scavy and on gustin ^^.
Currently my lvls are 46/46.
I found that sws are sweet wolf lvlers because of their lowbe hate and their songs.
talk to me in vent if you wanna work on your wolfs lvl
