About spoiling...

I have a question about spoiling.
Does MAtk play a role in whether spoil lands or not?
Because from what I've seen, it seems like when I have Emp3 my spoil lvl 1 lands more often. It might just be that I'm in a party that needs the item and thus, I get lucky. You never know with NC Soft.

Not that I should be spoiling as a WS anyways, but it sometimes lands. Just wondering if maybe I should get a +4 int tat for my BH.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Everyone will say this, but you are not the first WS to suggest EMP has aided your spoils. My answer, test it and tell us :p

Every spoiler I party with asks for Emp, I guess it's a "just in case." ^^

I have a 55+ BH and a 70+ SE.

Empower doesn't help spoils.

However, a lot of people think it does. So rather than debate the issue in party, if you *really* think it will help, and you ask for it, the BH in my party will get empower.

Now note, he is a WS. I have never seen BH ask for it to be honest. Its those lvl 1 spoil WS that seem to think it makes a dif. I don't know why :p

OK, I have done this for 55 levels on my Ws and I'll tell you this. Prelude-C1 when I played him, emp definately helped lv 1 spoil land. I'm not sure if anything changed after C1 as I have only played him for 1 level.(didnt play c2 and rerolled in C3) I would have to do tests again now to confirm, but I can gaurantee it helped when I had it. I used to try to spoil ever single mob and did fairly well when I had emp3 and did not do well when I did not have it. Agree or disagree with me but I did numerous tests when people tried to tell me it didn't help. But as I said, I would have to test it again. As a BH, I really don't think it matters. Your gonna have a high spoil anyway.

He asked if he should get a +4 int tatoo for his BH. I don't think it will help any. If your gonna try to spoil level 80's with a lv 60, it may help. Only way to really know is to test it without and then get one, and test some more.
