Ok I need nebody who knows nething about fishing 100% not thoughts actual FACTS!! to post here...
~Does anything effect the probablity % of fish conversion to items
Ex: Higher skill lvls, higher or lower grade gear, baits, or location
---Or is it 100% random?
~ The fishing quest for the special bait, I heard that bait is used to catch a big blue treasure chest but only once can be caught...
does that mean one ever or until its used it cant be caught again?
~ Do differant baits catch differant or better fish?
~ Does the location matter at all for what fish you get or how easy they are to catch?
~If you are say... lvl 60 and you fish with a NG pole... are there any negatives?
---Ex: Longer time to wait for bite, less % of fish conversion?

Different, yes. See the description of the lures. Go to the forum called Player Guides or something like that, and see the stickied thread with fishing in the title.

Not in my experience. Though fish tend to not bite very often in Aden town.

It should be fine, if you don't max your fishing skills. If you can find out what level fishing skills a level 19 can get, don't go any higher.
Your character level determines the max level of fishing skill you can learn and what level mobs you fish up (fishing up lvl 50 mobs as a bishop sucks btw)
The level of fishing expertise determines the color of fish you catch. The level of pumping and reeling + the grade of Rod you are using determines how much damage you do.
The color of the lure supposedly makes you catch more of a certain type of fish, I have not done extensive testing on this, so im not sure. Using higher grade lures makes you get a bite a little faster and have a slightly higher chance of getting higher level fish.
