Overlord class change

Ive recivied the Mark of the Lord. But I have not yet found anyone that can change my occupation to a overlord... Could someone enlighten me?

mm, just found out that the whole thing is bugged. Been there done that, checking every head orc everywhere... Got all three marks of completing the quests, but only option at clas change is same old shaman......
