After finally hitting level 36 ('grtz', 'thx') I decided to finish my Trial of the Challenger quest in Dorf land. The Succubus Queen in the Mithril Mines was my target.
35 minutes of killing swarms of aggroing dark blue mobs later (which was a royal pain in the [censored] by the way) I stumbled upon multiple full groups of lvl 20-30 people of various races. Initially I didn't suspect much because their names were all fairly normal. As I took a closer look I noticed that they were all running in exactly the same line to the next mob, never hesitating to attack or waiting for someone else. No one replied to my polite 'bot?' question.
There must have been at least 5 full groups down there. Why would normal players gather in a god forsaken dungeon in a far-off newbie zone? Exactly. It must be a training place for young Adena Inc. Bots
Has it always been this way or is it a recent development?
Just curious about your thoughts/opinions about this.
Every dungeon, and I do mean EVERY SINGLE ONE, is infested with bots. You better get used to it because the GMs don't do their job by periodically checking them for bots. If they did, they could ban almost all the bots on the server after 30 minutes of looking.
not true ive visited soda not a single bot since my trips in c4 tho im a visit the mines today and train /pk em all thatnks for reminding me of that spot
This issue isn't that they aren't banning them. But it's like a leak in a pool, unless NC can patch the pool instead of just pumping in more water. The problem will never be fixed.
