Monocle/Outlaw eyepatch recs

OK, well I've posted under general discussion about this b4, shouted around towns til I'm hoarse, and still no joy. I understand they come from Bandit's Stronghold CH, owned I think by LCN, who took it from Parabellum quite recently. That said a good friend is in PB and he nvr saw it in there...

I've never actually seen these recs for sale anywhere, so 2 questions: 1 Can u get them from Bandits? and 2. Could someone be so kind as to sell me a couple of each? I want to register them to complete the set (got all hairpins/pirates, +4 dyes regged already :) and of course I'd like to make 1 of each too ;)

PM ED209 in game (as an aside, someone pmed the other day to say I was a bot, which I thought quite witty; if u haven't seen Robocop, u won't understand :)

I've been keeping a sharp lookout for the monocle recs too. Kinda lame that you can't just get them from fishing. :(

Also, b4 C4 came out, didn't I read some stuff about the ability to fish up rare items/weapons? I fished plenty, nothing rare and certainly no weps ^^

And that's on 2 toons, 1 max fishing skills at lvl 68, the other approaching lvl 38 (to get those all important fish gems more regularly ;)

the Yaks own the Partisan's Hideaway, but neither rec is sold there. Good luck on your search ;) I'm hoping to get a monocle myself. ^_^
