Oaky, I don't like to have to press control to be able to attack someone that I'm at war with when they are not already flagged. Also, I don't like my Overlord's area of effect skills not working on someone that I am at war with if they have not yet flagged.
No is/was the general consensus, And I haven't had a chance to try if they do as of yet. Might test it sometime soon, but there was actually a thread about all AoE effects of anyclass not working in a mutual war unless the target was flagged. Even holding ctrl.

no, if the enemy is not flagged AOE skills do not work. Even if the person/s that I'm trying to AOE are at war with me or me at war with them or we are both at war with each other. It works once they flag though.
