I have not visited any new C4 hunting grounds. I am close to hitting level 68 with my SPS and I was wondering where I should level when I hit level 68?

if its even close to what it was in c3 you dont wanna be there
what you are looking for is the low rune region
should be able to 2 and 3 hit mobs there for some of the best xp you are ever likely to see
my sps is hunting there even though most mobs are blue
watch out for the day time night time switch excess agro could easily kill you

seriously that is some of the poorest xp you can ever get

You heard it right. 15k8 w/ the overhit! (12k4 unless mistake w/o). BS was the fastest for me (solo) 76-77. this makes almost 8k per nuke. not so bad at all (overlords drop like 2k2-3k4adena as well, so totally worth the effort).
Im hunting rune now. Its great xp solo using over-hit without buffs im getting over 8kxp per kill and with emp 3 im getting over 10k pr kill. With emp3 I can 2 shot all the mobs there even the light red mobs. Without emp3 just hunt the mobs u can 2 shot. adena drops is 1k-2200 so 2 shotting with Bsps your still making a decent profit. But at lvl 68 they may be a bit too low there. Try the dead village area.

mobs where i hunt give 13k+ xp and drop up to 3.6k adena

IDK my dorf hunts high rune mobs that con green-yellow my sps hunts low rune mobs that con light blue
depending on what weapon you have you may be able to 2 hit high rune mobs
im sure rune is better but i dont want too many ppl to find out i got the place all to myself basically
