1. Point out target with my SH.
2. Sending in Battle-Prophet(lvl52) in melee
3. Nuking from a distance with SH(lvl51).
4. Healing Battle-Prophet with the SE(lvl42).
I have tried a setup where both the Battle-Prophet and the SE goes melee, and it works quite all right.
So my question is, what is the best (quickest damage dealing) weapon setup for my 3box (the melee fighters)?
Im taking into consideration that my lvl52 Battle-Prophet has Focus-3, Haste-2, Might-3, Berserker Spirit-2 and Death Whisper-2.
So how should I equip the Battle-prophet:
1. SLS*TSu normal- (crit.+??)
2. SLS*Raid normal- (crit.+??)
3. Tsu*Tsu normal- (crit.+??)
4. Sword of Damascusfast- (crit.+64)
5. Kesh. fast- (crit.+68)
6. Kris v.fast- (crit.+71)
7. Kris v.fast- (crit.+71)
And how should I equip my melee-support-SE:
1. Spirit*Raid normal- (crit.+??)
2. Shemitar*Raid normal- (crit.+??)
3. Storm*Spirit normal- (crit.+??)
4. SLS fast- (crit. 73)
5. Tsu fast- (crit.77)
6. Grace v.fast- (crit.81)
7. Dark Screamer -v.fast- (drit.84)
. Or should I consider using a EMI bow for my SE, for some distance damage?
I have somewhere read that the base for crit. And atk.spd. are the following :
Crit:
Dagger/bow = 120
Blunt = 40
Other(sword, pole, dual, fist) = 80
What about duals swords, and that they hit twice a round. Does that actually mean that the chance for landing a crit. is twice as high as a normal sword?
A lot of questions, but I hope some of you can supply some info about what you have experienced with your characters.
For the Battle Prophet you want the highest damage focus duals you can get. SLS*Tsu is best. Tsu*Tsu has a better critical rate but you really want max damage. Personally I don't think A duals are worth the cost in the current market. None of the A duals have a focus SA and they're quite expensive. Your best bet is to find an overenchanted set up SLS*Tsu or Tsu*Tsu. This is nice because then you can still use BSS which will cut down on your leveling cost.
For your SE, I'd go with either Spirit*Raid, or a Humunculus. Since you have a Prophet tank and a Nuker DD, the extra melee dmg of the SE will help but isn't necessary. Having the extra cast speed for heals is nice.
A speed stacked prophet (tallum set + dual kesh) will eat probably things up. Hell, anyone who can use that setup will eat things up. I'd love to see a warcryer in that. +16% attack speed...sigh...the rest of us can only dream of that kind of passive attack speed boosting. Unless you're a nuker, of course. Ke ke ke ke...
Yea, with that much haste you will be quite violent. But whenever you use a haste SA (especially stacked haste) you'll consume much more SS. A-SS is almost twice as expensive as B-SS. You have to decide if the damage is worth the significant cost increase. Also, I think that Majestic Heavy is a more appropriate A grade Prophet set. The +2 STR, +4% Patck, +3 Accuracy, and +50% Stun Resist is a HUGE damage booster.
Well sadly, I'm only "just" B-grade, so I was thinking of keeping my Full Plate for now and buy SLS*Tsu.
Actually there was one guy selling a SLS*Tsu +6 for 40kk
yesterday.... don't know if thats a good price, so I dident buy it (but I was **** close to do it :) )
Other ppl was selling it for +0 = 23kk, +4 = 33kk, +5 = 35kk
Does duals actually gives twice the chance for landing a crit then a normal sword, or does it just do 2x1/2 damage but still only one crit. chance?
I think 40Mil for +6 is about right. Prices on B duals are lower now that I've ever seen in the past.
As far as the dual swords increasing your crit chance? Each sword has an individual critical roll. So yes, you can crit with just one of your swords. But... you're not really increasing your critical chance (you still have the same probability of landing a critical with each strike), you're increasing your critical rate (# critcals/time).
