Now im sure this has been asked before.
I have used the search engine for these boards and came to the conclusion the search engine really blows.
I have spent more then a hour today and probably severl times that amount over the last week.
The question is this.
Can you buy enchant weapon/armor scrolls from a npc not a player shop, if so where?
The navigation of this site is so over bloated and not well kept for information. It is to bad for North American servers that we are subject to such poor maintenece on the content that is given tot he players. They made a nice lookign site without much though on ease of use for actually getting content that is sought.
Those are just my opinion's on a new player to this game and to this site. Unfortunately i have looked at other sites as well and most are not up todate with information.
I find that to be most unsatisfactory, as i have located information on other sites that is on this site in a much faster time frame. Yes i could go to other places to look for information that i am seeking rather then coming here.
The problem with that this has when found accurate information and to continue to use 3,4 or even 5 different web sites to gather information takes the amount of limited time to play the game to gather what should be very accessable information.
Though i know that to a web master this would be a daunting task to undertake now as the site is amass with unlinked information. Well those are my takes on the site.
Also i have come across accurate information on how prejudicial the NCSoft NA venture treats its players. A example of this is two fold.
One being EG: Drop rate information has been passed out in Asia by NCSoft Korea Why not NA?
NA players are not allowed to play on any of the Asian servers why when they are allowed to play and farm on our's?
Farmers have virtually reduced the ability of new players to get enough items to actually be of any use in a time frame that is reasonable. As NCSoft NA has ajusted the drop rates to not over inflate the server economics because of the farmers.
So farmers have reduced the actual growth rate of new players to come in this game and actually decide to play for very long.
I have been playing for about a month now and more likely will not play longer then a minimal amount of time. Due to the ajusted economic drop rate due to farmers. To bad because this is a fairly nice game to play not at this point though two years into the game the viablility of new player economics makes it not a viable solution.
Yes you can say well you need to join clans. Well lets face it any clan worth its weight will not take new players, as there is a limited number of slots a clan can have. So why would they want new players that they would have to find the time and resources to accomodate such a project. Nor is any new player worht having in any form of clan battle due to the pure fact a level 20 ish 30ish toon will be of no use in any form of pvp or clan war.
So please can someone give me the inforamtion regarding the question before this ranting of my started LOL.
No offense is intended either to the player community or NCSoft these where jsut some of my thoughts about Lineage II in NAmerica as a new player.
