Carnage vs Soul Bow

What is best for archers ?
The two options I beleive are soul bow with quick recovery
or
carnage with crit bleed

I would welcome any arguement for or against these combos
interested in siege primarly, hunting I could continue to use a bop if i had to for cheap shot.

Thanks,
I'd just get the Carnage because it looks 249823049x cooler than the Soul Bow.
indeedy.

+16 carnage bow :dreoolsHlkn,. :
so perhapsed an over enchanted carn would be better than soul?
SOul is better for PvP imo, better SA and higher dmg output. But carnage looks 1337 in comparison.
you beleive quick recovery is better? The speed of weapon doesnt change or does it make the speed of the soul close to the carn with the quick recovery?
He wants pvp siege bow, during sieges bleed is crap, no 1 uses it cos its better to just open up a can.
does the quick recover make up the difference in speed of the 2 bows? if you can get 3 car shots in the same period as one soul shot then are they equal or does the quick recovery even the speed of fire out? the site doesnt specifcally say very much about what quick recovery does.
There is a post on this forum that has test results from a comparison of slow and very slow bows. The test found that the overal rate of fire(RoF) was the same for both types of bows. For bows, RoF = shooting time + recovery time. Slow bows have more time between the end of one shot and the begining of the next, so they are better for kiting.
I'd go with the soul bow unless you can afford 1 of each. In terms of cost, the faster you shoot then the more SS you're gonna be using when xping. Besides if you're gonna kill mages then you might as well do the most damage in that one shot that you get out.
Carnage isn't worth a **** IMHO.

Soul Bow's SAs make it worthy for PVE, and it's Damage for PVP....

You are much better off with a +5 or better BoP if you're considering a Carnage....

Yep. The only real diffrence is the distance you can clear between hits while kiting.
