I am Lvl 27 right now it keeps getting harder to reach a level every time I level I mostly solo what advice you guys recommend me to keep soloing non-stop? I tried the Orc camp but theres alot of down time since they hit pretty hard I'am using 2 parts of Brigadine armor missing the helmet since is so expensive and dual wield weapons. Is fun but now is taking really long to level now, what advice can you give me?

Thank you.
we need details if u want us to help you:
armor (boots, gloves, top, bottom, helmet)
jewelry (earrings, necklace, rings)
weapon(its dual wields, but is it saber/saber or 107s or somewhere inbetween?)
class

but if your using 107s w/ brig and your complaining about lvling speed, then you are gonna be in for a world of hurt lvling up higher

my dagger on sieg has:
kukuri(1 mil dagger)
low-mid d armor
NG boots and helm
low d jewels

and guess what? i dont spam ss either

so i really dont see how u can complain

(shes lvl 29)
Partisan Hideaway. The mobs are x2 i think, but they should give you good exp. Just take it easy :P

Hello, well I'am Lvl 27 Warrior using the Brigandine Armor only have chest and legs well the question really is how much exps should I be getting and how much down time I should use I'am using D grade duals Elven Sword and Bastard Sword 107 its not enchanted I see alot people with there swords blue. Yeah is kind of grindage session with this game. Will the brigandine helmet help alot?

Thanks
you dont need brigandine helmet to level up fast in that area. what you need is a single sword and shield/mace. i suggest selling dual 107 swords unless you want in the future to become gladiator. other than that you need shield for the best defence. after u sold dual 107 (sell for 2.5m) buy a sword of revolution and a brigandine shield (shield 300k, Sword of revolution 1.75m) and put the adena u save towards the helmet later.

go back to orc camp, dont use SS, but use shield stun and your other attack skills, and you will find down time is easier.

if, however, you want to become a gladiator, keep the dual 107 swords and begin the quest that you get if you exit the orc camp, and go just east of the camp to a small house near the dusk campground. the man at the house gives you a good paying quest that will help you get a brig helmet.

if you can kill a mob in the orc camp that is white and you have 75% or more HP left after it dies, you have done well. if you cant do that yet, hunt green mobs as much as you can.

at level 30 after hunting in the orc camp for sooooo long, you will have ammassed a good amount of adena from the quest, and some good drops, and should have enough money (2m) to begin shouting "WTB +0 brig helm"

noticably, your damage with just sword and shield will be lower than with dual 107 swords. dont e discouraged. at higher and higher levels, you will have better and better defence rate with the shield. no worry about your damage. worry for defence.

Don't hunt mobs that cause you to rest. Hunt greens. If that doesn't work then hunt light blues.

Green should work. The thing is you need to get into a continuous rhythym. compare how much xp you get while hunting greens against the same xp while hunting whites within the same time period INCLUDING downtime.

Also... at some point you need to give up the idea of gaining a lvl every day or even few days.

I remember in Prelude (when it was harder to lvl by the way) when I would make a lvl every night. Then my nights started getting longer and longer while I was trying to keep that up.

Eventually it was every 3 days.

Now?

lol

Well... every few weeks or so. One of my lvls took over a month.

Luck to you. (oh... and if you use a bow that might help a bit too since they won't be beating on you... just don't use shots or keep their use down to a minimum.

Well, yes it will. The set will increase your Pdef by 5% (less HP lost per hit) and increase your HP by 153 (more HP to loose before dieing.) But the price of the Brig helm has risen from 600k when I started to 2 million now.

What I would suggest is start duoing with a healer. Your xp is not cut in half, as a 30% xp bonus occurs if you are in a two-dude party. The real benefit is that you will have no down time to heal at all; you will be killing continuously. Further, you can kill higher level mobs, which give higher xp.

To find a healer, shout out a bit in Dion. There are usually healers looking for groups there, as they have an even harder time soloing. Once you find one you do well with, you should find them coming back repeatedly. You will be surprised how quickly you level with a healer, and kick your shins for not duoing earlier.
The gear is more than good enough to get into your 40s. It's better than most lvl 27 can afford without donations

The reason you're finding it hard is:
-advancing in the game slows down a lot as you go. Most people don't really notice it until the 50s, but each level takes more mobs than the previous
-you're playing solo in a mmog. The game is designed to reward cooperative play.
-you're soloing on an assassin? Using duals and heavy? An assassin can kite with a bow to solo, and they actually get skill levels for it.
hes a warrior named assasin, wyzeguy lol :P

and to assasin the warrior... find a friendly healer or another DD to play with, grouping duo or trio helps a lot with exp. your gear should be fine to get you up to 40 (where you can switch to C grade armor/weapon)
as someone with a lvl 25 knight--perhaps i have more current information. First of all--go to gludin--not giran. Shout for healers--every single day new healer chars in the high teens and twenties are looking for fighter parters. Use event gatekeeper to go to orc barracks (50 adenda i think). PARTY with healer if possible. At lvl 27 the various orcs should give u ample opportunity to check which are green, white, light red, etc. For goodness sakes sign up for the quesst with Simeun (or whatever his name is) at the cabin where u port in. It's for lvl 25 and above. I think I got something like 5-6k for 120 amulets--and you'll be killing thousands of the orcs anyway. One caution about orc barracks--most people treat each collection of tents as their hunting ground and poaching is frowned upon. There are lots of tent circles and u can usually find one that's not being hunted. For the record--orc skirmishers aggro, as do warlords and elders. Shamans, footman, and archers will only join if u attack close to them. If they are alone or distanced u can pick them off one at a time to your heart's content.
Even a lvl 15-20 healer in training can help. Gludin is full of them on my server.
Hunt till you just can't stand it anymore!
