I have currently decided to drop my clan, i dont want to be the leader anymore and would like to disbann and join a different one...
I have kicked all the members and when i went to Disbann, it would not let me because it said i still had wars going on... I ended all my wars, but it still said i cannot end because i have ongoing wars...
I have messaged the clan leaders that i was at war with to try to get them to end war with me so i can disperse clan, but the problem is that they have not done so, and now i am stuck in my clan :(

Wow, this is a new problem. Sounds like just another flaw in this wonderfully new war system of ncsoft's. I wish I could help you, but I think you might actually be the first to encounter this problem. I wish ncsoft would pay attention to the customer base more and see that most do not like the changes made to the war system.
I hope you can work it out and get the clan disbanded. I also hope that ncsoft fixes these problems in the clan war system that keep popping up on the forums.
Actually in his case it is. He can't disband because he still has 1-way wars declared on his clan. Since he is not the one declaring the wars he is thus powerless to put an end to the 1-way wars declared on his clan. Since 1-way wars are something new added in C4, this then becomes a 'new' problem. :)
One of my clanmates had a clan back in c1, he disbanded it after getting tired of trying to lead a clan and not having fun in the game. However, something glitched (not sure anymore if he crashed or anything) and it never truely disbanded. He would go back to the npc to disband it and it would say it already was even though it wasn't. To this day it's still active and disbanded at the same time, lol. Granted he no longer plays that character partially due to that problem.

This have ben an known problem in the entire L2 history so fast you where in war you can't disband the clan, and tehrs ben peoepsl who was in war with clan's who's leader got banned YES things they can't even do anything about and yep thats about it, they will always be in war, and never be able to get out of it.
In the notes it says that a clan with less then 15 people can not be decleared war on. so if he kicks all his members the other clans should be forced out of war on him. (SHOULD BE)
Actually plechan, with the old system, if you were in war with a clan whose clan leader got banned the way out of it was simply to surrender. In the old war system that would solve the problem since if one side surrenders then the war is over. However with the new system having 1-way wars this is no longer the case. You can surrender in a war till you're blue in the face and still be in war status due to the fact that now, and ONLY now, with this new system, BOTH sides have to agree to stop the war. Thus again, this particular problem is only a problem of the new C4 war system.
