An empty world, where is everyone?

Returned after long absence. The world is so empty, not even hardly any mobs around. Where is everyone?
I guess with the expansion there are all the new areas but I have no idea how to get there etc>

I am in City of Dion, what to do from here, where to go, what direction?
Usually quests lead you to next area or step, but can't see any quests either.

My chars are lvl 31, 27 and some lower ones.

Gludin, Gludio is more or less empyt 24/7 except when its a siege..

Dion is a bit more crowded but not much

Giran is "main" city so there u will always find ppl

Oren is not populated either and is mainly for nukers 35+ or melee 40+ (depends on ur equipment ofc)

all the other areas is 50+++

On bartz at least, gluddin / gludio are fairly populated and dion is crammed pack, cant even move in dion without tripping over a scam store.

Many of the field mobs were eliminated when the seven-signs dungeons were added. There are tons of mobs in those dungeons, but many areas above ground are bare.
