Hot Springs Guild House

In the hotsprings there is this guild house i want to know how we are able to obtain this clan hall since there is no npc is it an event like te banditstronghold or do we buy it? please tell me thanks

Not in but close to. From the event keeper teleport all you have to do is go north to find it. Looks pretty too.

Hotsprings Guild House on your map is a clan hall, its absolutely gorgeous and i've been eyeing it myself :p theres a quest from jeremy to kill a raid boss nearby, it doesnt SAY its related to the hall specifically and im unfamiliar with halls that need a quest, but it would seem like a good place to start? some people told me there is no quest for it yet but i doubt that unless theres an official word on it somewhere

Supposedly the quest to kill that raid boss yields 5 of any int/wit/men related byes, but +3/-3 only. Which is why no one does that quest afaik.

ah i see, that boss is perpetually dead since i found the place so never did it :p

So no one knows how to get this hall? can a Gm or something pls tell

this guild house isnt mentioned in the C4 patch notes..

yes, i have seen it, so maybe they didnt finish it yet.. who knows

yup, as I understand, not in the game, yet. much like Rune castle, just isn't ready yet.

Actualy kind of close to the guild house is another interesting area, a bunch of fenced in (ponds?) of different colors. It seems to do nothing at all, my guess is its something to do with how you win the guild house, and from what i hear, its a c5 thing.
