Hey guys, its been awhile now and i just can't find TOI BP 5th floor. I'm just wondering, is it converted from a white or a black papyrus?
And which floor should i stay on to find the 5th floor blueprint, or is it all just random?
I'm hearing alot of different things on this, could someone just clear it up for me?
