items, weapons stuff and the right prize

hi,
I have much dificulties to know if a drop is valuable or not. When i party, i sometimes hear the remark "nice drop". But i never have a clue what the drop is worth.
I go to a npc shop to know what they want to give for it, but have the feeling that most of the valuable items are a lot (very lot) more worth that what the shop gives me.
Is there any database (with prizes included) for items online ?
Tnx for helping
Also tips on what to sell in private store and for which items i don't have to bother, would be appriciated.
I think the only way to know the usual player shop prices is to walk around Giran and look at the player shops. Prices vary from server to server, and even change from week to week on the same server depending on supply.

Generally though, I think you could say that anything non-grade should go straight to the NPC shop, as should anything D grade unless it is top D or (even better) a set completion item, like mats for mithril gloves, brig helm and so on.

C grade only top C is interesting, since nobody bothers with low C and most things can be bought in lux store or upgraded at mammon blacksmith anyway. For B grade, you can try selling all armor mats, since all sets are actually used by players. B weapon parts are nearly all interesting, too - some are even VERY expensive, especially Valhalla blades, Art of Battle Axe, Staff of Evil Spirit, Bow of Peril, Kris, Keshanberk. If you get a Valhalla Blade or AoBA/Bow of Peril parts, you really should check player shop prices before selling them. These things can go for several hundred K adena.

Same for everything A grade. The low A grade weapon parts are not THAT much worth, since these weapons are not crafted that often. But the top A weapon parts can go for insane prices (3m for one Sword of Miracle edge). Armor parts have dropped in price a bit, but you always can sell them for more than the NPC will give you. Never NPC anything A grade. OK, some things are hard to sell (Tallum Tunic fabrics etc.), but nearly anything A grade can be sold to players.
DO not sell to NPC D grade items, you will be better of crushing them with a friend arty. If the arty isnt much of a friend check the crystal counts here in the library and ask them to put those crystals into the trade window. They you may use them for craft of shots or items or for buying C grade in Luxore, or just sellnig crystals to players.
Most of the mats (you klik it and description is something like: "A material used to make dwarven items. Can be sold in any shop." Check player shops in Giran for those.
