I am new and a little lost. I just bought my first D grade weapons and I would like to enchant them, but I can not find the scrolls any where or D grade spiritshots. Can you guys help.
EWD(Enchant Weapon D-grade) you can buy from the Merchant of Mammon during Validation weeks in the Seven Signs event. He randomly shows up at different Necropolises, and sells stuff for ancient adena and blank scrolls. Go find the bugger and buy some from him if noone is selling them on the market.

If you are truely new to the game, I suggest, you wait with the weapon enchant till you reached a higher grade and further suggest, that you do not use Spiritshots on a regular basis.
Yes, that will slow down your leveling, but you really need the money, that you would spend on the Enchants and the SpS. On a D-Grade weapon, you will not make a good deal later on, when you no longer need the weapon.
As others noted, d-spiritshots are player crafted only, along with blessed sps and soulshots.
Spiritshots are less common to be sold. If you don't see any, but you see crafter dwarves running sell-shops, you should send them a whisper requesting some regular spiritshots. I'm always happy to make them, but I sell 100 times more soulshots (with actually a higher % profit margin)
