is the manor 'buy' time a set time in each server?

Is there a time that a manor is 'set' somehow to buy crops back? I recently tried farming with admittedly incomplete information. Now I have crops and have yet to find any time when the manor manager actually buys (though it LOOKS to me like his list still shows the crop is being bought).
Is there a source that would say, for instance, "the manor manager in giram buys at 8pm pst" or "the manor manager in gludin buys at 5am est"?
I think I've checked most normal hours to no avail (7am-midnight)....maybe I'm missing something obvious?

the manor restocks buy and sell lists at 9Pm est, at all towns. BUt it also has 5 minutes maintainance at that time, so you can start turning in your's crops at 9:05 pm est.
