Okay..so long ago I created a character on each server and named her Jute. I chose different races and classes for each one of the servers. The Jute on my home server is a human female mystic. I never played her much, but recently I have and she's now level 14. It won't be long before I have to make that first class transfer!
Now, for what ever silly reason, I just never picture Jute as a human female, she's always been a Light Elf in my admittedly vivid imagination. In a perfect world I'd rename Jute the human mystic to something else and name my level 41 Swordsinger Jute. But, sadly, I can't... so, I'm trying to decide what class to ultimately make the human Jute.
Now I'm faced with a choice. Jute can either be:
A Bishop
A Warlock
A Sorceress
I've decided to go with the whims of the community here. :)
Whichever class has the most votes by the time I leave work on Friday, is what I'll make Jute be.
As you seem so dependant on others, i wont vote warlock or sorc, so i vote bishop, have fun being reliant on others for everything, bwahaha. (yes i know bishops can kill un-dead)
Delete Jute and make a light elf. Then make a spellsinger or SR and, if your home is Hindemith, lvl hard and eventually pk me until I cry and my throat is sore.
warlock. sigh, yeah, FotM, **** it, but still a lot of fun.
and, actually, for a new server, not a bad idea if you have no friends or clan to help you out with gear and all. a warlock is **** near gear independent, so you don't have to worry about being poor, and you don't have to worry about groups because you can solo forever.
I've just seen about 4 new orc and they are all going OL. i know about 3 others on my server.
and of curse Necro. who don't sub necro now adays. (kind of makes me wish they would neirf the hell out of it, but that would just screw me over. since my main is necro since C2)
Prophet: Sit 20 minutes then buff all, read a book while playing. The ultimate relaxing.
Bishop: Keep your eyes glued on the healthbars of the tanks and spam heal often. Also get asked to run everywhere to rez those foolish enough to not have brought you in the first place.
Sorceress: Blast everthing in sight, muhahahaha. Sit down a lot to recover mana.
Warlock: Ah the purr of your cats, the awesomeness of their destructive prowess. The emptiness of your purse as well.
Necromancer: Kill a thing, then recruit it to your bidding. Blast all around you, whack them with your zombies. Kackle evily all the time. Don't forget the evil Player debuffs. Very uncute.

Who says warlocks are trainer/griefers?? Omg. That's like calling me a griefer because I COULD go restore life Antharas, Baium , or any raid boss.
My very best friend in the game went warlock, and you could see all the loot he got when soloing. Doom boots, SLS drop, damascus drop. I dunno, kitties rule.
If you get dragged into the wars, Bishop is always a great class. Might be somewhat dependant on groups but can destroy undead very well. Mass rez, high % rez, and uber heals makes u valuble to any clan/alliance.
I have a warlock and it's a fun class. I agree with others thou at higher lvls the Crystal and pet shot costs get rediculas. After lvl 58 my ablility to survive most pvp situations gone way up, cause if Mew dies I can just resummon from behind the lines. Down side is time to cast a summon + buffing and cost to maintain ur supplies.
Sorc I know little about but what nuker not a fun and powerful class?

And change that to "will be totally dependant on groups, and your clan esp at high levels". Seriously. I would have rerolled by now if it wasn't for my clan.

SwordSingers are a great class, cause support and a DD. I vote for 4th option of deleteing Jute and make another Elven fighter to become an SwS.
Ellie, know u are a bishop, but I have seen my friend's duo boxed bishop hold his own. He started using the bishop as a main and I saw him solo cemetary with no problems, TOI 5 he would solo the undead mobs when they respawned ontop of our group.
And yet, warlocks are the ultimate hands down best griefing class. ;) It's part of the gameplay the way, euh, pulling is part of dagger gameplay. Of course you never have to do it, but oh. Oh. You should.

A warlock is esentially a supportclass. You do the summoning, the buffing, the healing of your personal purring DD who then goes mauling another red mob for you.
Ps to maline. These days when your summon dies, the mobs turn towards the summoner. I died more then once on the PTS to learn that lesson well. So I am not sure if you still can train effective with them.

Pick a specific time to delete the character, monitor it, and then reroll your new Uber "Jute 360" with flowing blonde hair and that girlish elf laugh that we all know and .. uh. .know. :o
Also, you have lots of healer experience. You also seem to be quite good at doing 2 or 3 things at once. If you enjoy 2 boxing, try 2 boxing when 1 is a summoner!
I don't know you that well (just through your posts), but I don't believe that a sorcerer is your style. I would not recomend Sorcerer unless it is on a different account then your SE.

Sorry... the way you worded it (at least to me) was that you would have preferred to have made "Jute" a light elf but what was done was done so you were just going to try another class. Since that is how I read it I couldn't understand why you wouldn't just delete and remake.
Well, to be fair, you aren't wrong. I would have preferred that she be. I just don't have another light elf class that I want to make her. She'd either be a Swordsinger or a Elven Elder as 'Jute' and I have both those with different names.

You of course have to consider what you have on that account and your other accounts, always try your best to have complimentary characters on different accounts, nothing worse than having your nuker on the same account as your SE, or your warsmith on the same account as prophet, etc.
