Buffs with fixed amount change ?

I wonder if BTB/BTS buffs increase HP/MP by fixed amount or by percentage. Anybody tested this ?

Which other buffs give fixed (not percentage based) stat increase/decrease ?

BTB/BTS are percent buffs. WW for one is a fixed buff.

Guidance, Agility and WW are the only fixed ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Definatley the higher lvl you and BTB/BTM are, the better the buff is.

Aye, I'm a Destro and BTB works wonders with high con ;) (even if I've gone -con it's still high.)
