So i got a new and better computer for my birthday (yay me). So of course I want to see how L2 runs on it. The only problem is that I can't get it to download. It keeps telling me that 'there are "so and so" many users already on, try again in 10 minutes.' So I do and it tells me the same thing. Is there another way I can download this game? Or do I just have to use my disk and go through like a whole day (maybe more) of updates?

There is currently a limit on the number of users that can connect to the Lineage II FTP at once. If you are unable to download the client right now, you should be able to connect at a later time. You can also use the game download available at FilePlanet (http://www.fileplanet.com/Lineage2/).

If u already have the game in your old PC and you own a DVDR copy the entire folder on a dvd (if its larger use 2 dvds no matter what you write on each dvd just copy the whole directory) and then simply take the dvd/s and copy the content on your new one.
even if your old PC doesn't have a dvdR u can simply plug in the new one.
If you have the possibility, just copy the whole L2-Folder from the old computer to the new one. Maybe you have to install the game on the new pc and then replace the folder, but in any case, that will make the whole downloading obsolete.
Edit: hmm, same idea above... ^^
The faster and easier way than a dvd is of course to connect your 2 pcs over ethernet/firewire/usb-link or just plug the harddisk of the old pc into the new one.
I agree with you :), also no need to install enything (done all the abpves many times and i also have 2 x DVDR/W discs always update not to do the whole borring procced everytime.
