Sps Tattoos?

I have a lvl 35ish elven wizard, and i was wonder what tattoo's would be good for when i become an Sps. Please let me know a good balance and why. Thank you so much.
usually -men and +wit / int.
Also pick up +con -str or if you prefer run speed over health +dex - str. I would get con for the carry weight/hp-cp tho personally.
SPS is right. When you think you can afford it, get

+4 Wit -4 Men
+4 Int -4 Men
+4 Con -4 Str

Or if you prefer a cheaper option, skip the +Con and get +5 Int or +5 Wit...
keep in mind that the +wit and +int - men is only wise for the nukers that pvp a lot and have access to a recharger. If you have no rechargers and are solo hunting not pvping the n- men is going to hurt you less mp and less regen means resting more often and longer each time!!!
Actually, -Men doesn't hurt your MP regen that much. And a +4 Int -4 Men is a complete PvE tattoo- Spellsingers need all the extra damage they can get in order to 2-shot mobs.

+Wit and +Int by subtracting -Men-- the benefits outweigh the burdens by a lot.

I would get them in that order too. Dont worry you can get by just fine getting them as you can afford them. But if you cant afford them and want them all at the same time. You can get +4 -5 dye in rune and they are cheap. I used them on PTS and didnt noticed that much of a difference. But it is an extra -2 Men so you will have even less mp. At lvl 63 I have over 2k mp it goes pretty fast but if you manage it its not really that bad. By the time you get into your 60's you will be use to setting and regening mp.

If you can't get them all at once, you should get the +4int first. The extra dmg will be more useful in pve than the extra cast speed.
as for lvling at higher lvls, as a necro I loved my lvling with a sps.

I did the first pull (gloom) or nuke, then she/he(my case she) would use Ls for over hit. whats nice about the duo was the party bonus in XP.

Forgot: makes MP regen/management alot easier.
When I party all I ever use is Lighting strike for overhit or sleep when needed. In parties spamming nukes waistes adena. Usually I set back and let mele's pound on the mobs and try to time the LS for the overhit. That extra xp really helps and you wont spend all your bsps and mp killing mobs.
Well i also be sps soon. i will take the - men tattoos, because i have my lvl 66 EE to backup me for the mp.
Seriously, don't worry at all about the MP. Yesterday I added 2 tats, a +4 Wit -5 Men and a +4 Int -5 Men

My MP regen went from :+11 +12 +11 +11 +12
To: +9 +10 +10 +9 +9 +10
The +4INT and +4Wit is way more important than the -8 or -10 men. You will be very satisfied with the results. The 3rd tat is all up to you I went +4Con -4Str since strength is not important and any hp boost is very welcome and you also can carry more weight in your inventory.
I went with a less extreme setup. Did demon set for armor (+4int,-1wit), then did a +2 wit, -2 int) tat to balance. Basically, left the sps in tact (didn't try to turn it into a dark elf nuker), but got a little more cast speed, about 60 more matk, at the cost of some of my health. (net stat change +2 int, +1 Wit) My next tat was looking to be +con - str, but never got around to it before I picked up playing my glad more.
