Music when grinding

Ya, I think many players tab out of the game quick to put on some music on their comp. So lets hear some good examples of music when grinding, cuz that's when at least I wish I heard something more than "slash! slash!! kasching! kapslsadinng!!!" lol :D

I like Dead End with In Flames, it feels kinda Orcish too :)
I used to do that all the time mostly fear factory. Now when I do it I get some errors and my computer crashes.
As i said, i use an i-pod i got some great tunes on there. Beatles ftw.
-Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O.
-Arkona
-David Arkenstone
-Les Savy Fav
-Utada Hikaru
-Enomine
-Zappa
-Dismemberment Plan
-Explosions in the Sky
-Francis Guini
-Yasushi Ishii
-Tristania
-Nine Inch Nails
-Opeth
-Enigma

- etc
I mostly like very bombastic music when grinding, especially lotsa bass and aggressive guitars.
Dimmu Borgir ftw! Kamelot's latest album The Black Halo has many great grind-songs too :D

Here's a few favorites:
Kamelot - March of Mephisto
Dimmu Borgir - Succubus in Rapture
Dimmu Borgir - In Death's Embrace
Dimmu Borgir... aww whattaheck, the whole dam EDT-album :D
Children of Bodom - Sixpounder
Children of Bodom - Lake Bodom
Machinae Supremacy - Ghost
Nightwish - Bless the child
Bloodbath - Like Fire (True Orc-music ;o)
Sabaton - Primo Victoria
Thrash/Black/Death/Melodic Death/Opera/Industrial/... er... Metal in general is your cup of tea then?

Not sure I can suggest anything if that's the case.. other than Tristania ( they are very Nightwish ).
Lol when playing an Orc and grinding yes, but I listen to almost anything. I especially enjoy melodic black and old-school rock. But also hiphop, synth and pure electronica :D
woot for dimmu borgir!

some bands that i usually listen to:
-Exodus
-Children of Bodom
-Norther
-At the gates
-Rotting christ
-behemoth
-panzerchrist
-old man's child (amazing drummer, 850 strokes per minute single petal bass )

-Graveworm
-My dying bride
-katatonia
-Morbid Angel
-Emperor

There....that should be the rest hehe.
I like Michael Bolton. I'll be honest with you, I love his music, I do, I'm a Michael Bolton fan. For my money, it doesn't get any better than when he sings "When a Man Loves a Woman".

I would suggest Virgin Black (www.virginblack.com)
Kind of Death Metal+Opera or something like that. Interesting stuff.
I don't really need music to "fit the mood," I just listen to whatever it is I've been listening to recently.

Right now it would be:

The Fall of Troy
HORSE the Band
Saosin
Straight Faced
Fear Before the March of Flames
Cire
Every Time I Die
Isis
mine is "I'm a Little Teapot"

How did anyone not notice this reference....
Lately a lot of Cannibal Corpse, Ministry, Queens of the Stone Age, and Arch Enemy. Although I listen to LOTS of other things from Cypress Hill to Bowie and Beethoven on occasion. I'm more of a metalhead but really love any music as long as its good.

Office Space, great movie
Gorrilaz...British FTW.
Nothing better then hearing 'are we the last living souls' when you see a bunch of 'you know who's'
Im in love (once again and again and ag...) with Notorious BIG atm =)
Depends on the mood, but it's either Classical, Reggae, or Reggaeton.

Anything Classical, but especially composers like Mozard, Bach, Straus, Vivaldi and the list goes on and on :p

Another thing is Reggae, most anything Jamaican that's not too soft and Reggaeton.
Cuz everyone agrees 8-)

How Am I Supposed To Live Without You!!

o_o
Reggaeton and Mozard...

...

My mind just went numb ( Reggaeton is very big in my family ).

A man after my own heart.....

:D

I think I may have a fetish for "November Has Come."

I have found that listening to Baroque composers such as Bach are perfect for high speed soloing-- the way I nuke with my summon, I'm always attacking 1.5 mobs at a time. And then sometimes Mozart or Vivaldi when I'm grouping, because its a little bit slower.
NKOTB
BONEY-M
MICHAEL BOLTON
MILLI-VANILLI
And anything else writen and sung by men in love with other men.

jk
Hmmm Gorillaz seems to be pretty popular, I'm a fan too. :p Besides that anything with a nice beat, the new Black Eyed Peas album was pretty good (probably I can only enjoy it because I don't listen to chart music or radio and TV), SEEED, Rammstein, limited selection of local hiphop artists, and when I'm in the mood I choose from a broad range of medieval rock or electronic black metal bands which most of you probably don't know. ^^

Hardly any regular rock, techno or classic... classic for grinding... ^^ heh whatever keeps you going.

Cal
Anything done by Opeth is a good choice for me.

Some other good ones are Mastodon, Isis, Pantera(!!), Disturbed and The Project Hate.
I listen to a huge range of music when playing, but some of my favorites are:

Strung Out (Exile in Oblivion is a great album)
SlipKnot - unbelievable for great PvP
Deftones - the more aggressive stuff it great for leveling AND PvP
tool
System of a Down

when I am not feeling like I have to rush or am just in the mood to mellow a bit:

Hoverphonic
Thievery Corporation
Aphex Twin

I will have to check out some of the other bands in this thread.
Beetles
Queens of the Stone Age
Def Leppard
Green Day
NickelBack
Santana
U2
Jimmy Eat World
I usually listen to radio or have TV playing in background.
If anything, than some comedy talks or something, depending on mood.

I usually have my wife talking in the background. I created a program that plays canned responses back to her.

Alt+F1: "Yes, dear"
Alt+F2: "No, dear"
Alt+F3: "Of course, dear"
Alt+F4: "I'm sorry, I won't do that again, dear" (this one almost broke my F4 key)
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I had a good laugh on this one :D :D :D
Go play around with pandora (http://www.pandora.com). It's fun, it's free, and it can surprise you.
